Why the Bandh :- Because Mr B.S. Yeddyurappa Chief Minister is scared of being facing corruption charges??If not then why the hell he is so scared of any sort of investigation against him.The State unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has called for a Karnataka bandh on today.The bandh call soon after the Governor announced his decision, president of the State BJP unit K.S. Eshwarappa appealed to the people to protest against the Governor's action through voluntary support to the bandh.State BJP media in-charge S. Prakash said the bandh would be observed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Next step was to create violence And it happened, In ITI Colony in K.R. Puram an hour after the BJP gave a call for bandh. Supporters of BJP councillors gathered near ITI Colony and staged a road blockade protesting against the Governor's action
The Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa should come in front and ask to investigate about himself instead troubling the pubic by Karnataka,Banglore ‘bandh’.It will be crores of money loss if one day is been Bandh in Bangalore.As it is Saturday, so there may be less losses to govt.
Mean while Minister for Primary and Secondary Education Vishveshwara Hegde Kageri said it was left to the district administration to decide whether to declare a holiday for schools and other educational institutions.
“Officially, we have not declared a holiday. But depending on the situation, the local authorities can take a decision.” and According to BJP sources, the KSRTC and BMTC would not operate their services. But KSRTC Managing Director Gaurav Gupta said, “We will operate the services. But their continuity will depend on the situation.”
It is quite rare for a ruling party to sponsor a bandh, and in the present instance, it is largely borne out of the Governor's action against the Government, and in particular the Chief Minister.
Don't any one think its so stupidity, I don-no why they impose on the public calling it as bandh. According to me as a working professional they screwed my and so many people Week end.
